Auction Help

Login/New Bidder: If you are a new bidder click on the “Login /New Bidder” tab on the upper right.

Step 1

1. If you are a new bidder click on “Click Here If You Are a New Bidder” to create a free account.

2. If you forgot your password, click on “forgot you password”, and enter your email address to receive you login information.

3. Then Click “Log On”.

Step 2

Step 3

Registering / Method of Payment

1. Click on method of payment Visa or Mastercard.

2. Click in the “Your Notes to the Auctioneer” box to specify a different arrangement for pickup.

3. Click the checkbox to accept and then submit registration.

4. Enter the cvs number on the back of your credit card

Step 4

1. Shows how much time is left in red lot 85 currently at $25 and eights bids been placed.

2. Lot 90, is showing that I have been outbid

3. If you want to place a bid click on place bid

Step 5

Soft Close / Being Outbid / Lots Closing

1. Lot 90 is showing that I have been out bid.

2. Lot 93 and 94 are in the process of closing.

3. The soft close in yellow is in effect if a bid is placed, 10 min will be added to the closing time of this lot.

Step 6

Bidding

1. When you place your bid this window will give you information. The high bid is at 102.50, the next bid placed is 105.00 and with the Buyers Premium your cost would be 115.50.

2. You may enter more than 105.00 for a higher max bid. The Auctioneer will bid on the item for you, using bids in the increments of . If you win the item you pay the amount of the highest bid. The maximum you pay for the item is your maximum bid plus the Buyer’s Premium. The Maximum bid is the highest amount you will pay if you win the item, if no one bids against you then you will pay only the next bid up from where the competing bidder stopped.


Step 7

Auction Detail

1. This is showing the Auction Details in yellow

2. Click on the tabs to find more information eg. a map

3. The “You are Registered” button will be yellow if you have registered for this Auction.

4. The “View Catalog” button will show the items up for auction with a description and pictures for each item.

Step 8

Watchlist

1. This picture is showing your watch list; Activate by clicking on a lot and click on “Watch”.

2. Hover over the green, yellow, red and blue buttons for a description of their action.

3. The column under Bid Status contains coloured boxes that indicate the status of your bid.

4. Green means that I am winning 1 lot.

5. Yellow means a sealed bid (not used.)

6. Red is showing that I am losing 1 lot.

7. Blue is showing I am watching 4 lots.
